The place for the week is La Caba\u00f1a. There will be a little bit for everyone in this 27th Havana International Book Fair. Starting today you can get to the other side of the bay or any of the other spots where is taking place in Havana. Later on, the Fair will travel the rest of Cuba so you\u2019ll have books for a while. You\u2019ll see here some of the options for the occasion: book launching, panels, lectures, concerts, etc. Always remember we\u2019ll update daily our Facebook<\/a><\/strong> profile so you don\u2019t miss anything.<\/p>\n

Stroll down and find Music, there will be concerts everywhere. In Visual Arts, go to Old Havana for a new expo. In Cinema, the Cuban film premier of Los Buenos Demonios, and a tribute to one of the greatest of the 7th French art. In FAC, everything! Stop by and you\u2019ll see.<\/p>\n

Main course since today: the Book Fair, but you\u2019ll still have time for the rest. Look and find \u2018cause we have a lot. Don\u2019t let the others tell you the stories. See you around!<\/p>\n

Reading is growing<\/h3>\n

The 27th Havana International Book Fair is here. The Popular Republic of China will be the Invited Guest of Honor and it will be dedicated to Dr. Eusebio Leal Spengler, the Historian of Havana City. Like in previous years, the main setting will be the Fortress San Carlos de la Caba\u00f1a and it will have other locations where will take place literary events, as well as academic and artistic ones.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a><\/p>\n

The different programs also have lectures, tributes, round tables, conferences, awards, book presentations, interchange spaces and talks with the different audiences in the Fair.
\nThe artistic program of the event offers cinema, theater, expos and concerts. But don\u2019t worry, OnCuba\u2019s Billboard will keep you posted until January 11th.<\/p>\n
