quarter&#8221; and the State Department confirmed that it is studying the elimination of some of the 12 categories that allow Americans to travel legally to the island.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><a courts<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> against multinational companies that operate on land or buildings expropriated in Cuba after the 1959 Revolution, which further toughens the
