consolidates the controlled \u2015and for many still insufficient\u2015 economic opening promoted during his decade in power.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">He has also <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/cuba\/diaz-canel-y-raul-castro-se-reunen-con-enviado-de-kim-jong-un\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">received visitors<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> from allied countries such as Venezuela, Russia, China and Vietnam, the last of them the vice president of the Central Committee of the North
