at its maximum speed because the tracks &#8220;don\u2019t meet all the required conditions.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In order to shorten the travel time, a modernization project will have to be implemented, which was already signed with Russia and extends until 2030.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These trains should start operating this summer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The first 80 cars are already in Cuba, out of the 240 agreed with China, according to <em>Granma<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n<div class=\"jeg_video_container jeg_video_content\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"El renacimiento del tren en Cuba\" width=\"500\" height=\"281\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/kAH0GG-2uTs?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer;
