(ETECSA) in Villa Clara, said that the nodes to be illuminated are within the ring road, except for three on the Camajuan\u00ed highway, the transmitter of the CMHW station, the School City and the Las Villas Marta Abreu Central University.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The specialist stressed that to use the 4G\/LTE network the user must have a cell phone in the frequency of 1,800 megahertz band three. The line has to be USIM (three cuts card), which has been marketed by ETECSA for about two years.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the event clients wish to change their SIM card, they can do so in any of the commercial units of ETECSA in the territory, with an additional cost of three CUC, she said.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Among the advantages of using 4G, she mentioned faster browsing speed.
