You have to dress yourself with knowledge. The kitchen is like a jealous woman. You have to pay her constant attention. You have to pamper her, because if not, she&rsquo;ll burn your things. You have to give her a lot of love, a lot of affection, and try to give it your all for every meal. You have to be quite creative to do cooking in Cuba. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Lamb ribs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\nIngredients (for two people)<\/p>\n<p>young lamb ribs \/ 10<\/p>\n<p>cloves of garlic \/ 3<\/p>\n<p>onion chopped into large cubes \/ &frac12;<\/p>\n<p>salt and pepper<\/p>\n<p>tablespoons of olive oil \/ 2<\/p>\n<p>ripe tomato \/ 1<\/p>\n<p>small branch of fresh rosemary \/ 1<\/p>\n<p>Iv&aacute;n Rodr&iacute;guez L&oacute;pez (diciembre, 1970).<\/p>\n<p>Graduado de la escuela de cocina Sergio P&eacute;rez en 1994. Trabaj&oacute; 12 a&ntilde;os en el restaurante La Ferminia. Fue chef del restaurante La Gloria Cubana, en Portugal, donde adem&aacute;s obtuvo premio en comida tradicional. Trabaj&oacute; en el Gato Tuerto y La Fontana. Fundador del restaurante&nbsp; Castropol en La Habana.
