Since their violent rise to power, they have developed systematic actions to deteriorate bilateral ties,\u201d said Cuban Foreign Minister Bruno Rodr\u00edguez on Twitter.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La Paz announced this Friday that it would suspend diplomatic ties with Cuba\u2015without being a total rupture\u2015due to \u201cthe permanent hostility and constant insults\u201d expressed by Rodr\u00edguez in several tweets in which he uses harsh language against \u00c1\u00f1ez.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\"><a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Cuba?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Cuba<\/a> rechaza pretextos e infundadas acusaciones de autoridades golpistas de <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Bolivia?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Bolivia<\/a> para suspender las relaciones diplom\u00e1ticas.
