Bruno Rodr\u00edguez P (@BrunoRguezP) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/BrunoRguezP\/status\/1229898658281349121?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">February 18, 2020<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rodr\u00edguez added that the U.S. authorities \u201chave no right to impose unilateral measures on entities of other States that trade with Venezuela.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In this way and as expected, the Cuban government aligns with that of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/tag\/nicolas-maduro\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Nicol\u00e1s Maduro<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in Venezuela, its main partner and supporter, who in the first place protested the decision of the U.S. executive.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Venezuelan Foreign Minister Jorge Arreaza described the sanctions as \u201carbitrary\u201d and said they \u201cviolate the right to free trade and free enterprise.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The White House announced the freezing of Rosneft Trading\u2019s assets and the ban on financial operations with its president, Didier Casimiro, and warned other energy companies that similar measures will be taken if they collaborate with the Maduro regime.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rosneft is one of the most active corporations in Venezuela, where it has increased its activities and has become the great intermediary of Venezuelan crude in the face of the sanctions imposed by Washington on the state oil company PDVSA.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"g7W6pquz2C\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/en\/cuba\/crisis-and-lines-for-fuel-and-toiletries-throughout-cuba\/\">Crisis and lines for fuel and toiletries throughout Cuba<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute;
