Three of them correspond to residents of Havana: a 76-year-old man from Cerro; a 72-year-old woman from Old Havana; and a 78-year-old man from La Lisa. The fourth case was that of an 83-year-old man, residing in the Reparto Vel\u00e1zquez, in Las Tunas.<\/p>\n<p>The information <a href=\"https:\/\/salud.msp.gob.cu\/?p=4832\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">was given this morning by the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP)<\/a>, which also affirms that all the new infections correspond to Cubans. Fifty-seven were contacts of confirmed or suspected cases, and the source of infection is being investigated in 4 of them.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">Se confirmaron 61 nuevos casos de 1480 pruebas realizadas, para un acumulado de 923 casos en <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Cuba?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Cuba<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>\u25aa 681 con evoluci\u00f3n cl\u00ednica estable<br \/>\u25aa 10 pacientes en estado cr\u00edtico<br \/>\u25aa 7 pacientes en estado grave<br \/>\u25aa 31 fallecidos<br \/>\u25aa 192 altas<br \/>\u25aa 2 evacuados<a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/0hiHFQN0EP\">https:\/\/t.co\/0hiHFQN0EP<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/JTn0Yfm1Vx\">pic.twitter.com\/JTn0Yfm1Vx<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; Ministerio de Salud P\u00fablica de Cuba (@MINSAPCuba) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/MINSAPCuba\/status\/1251164811053817859?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">April 17, 2020<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>Among those reported today, women predominate (36) over men (25); 67.2% were asymptomatic, and the most affected age groups are concentrated in: over 60 years with 24 cases (40%), and under 40, with 20 cases (33.3%).<\/p>\n<p>The residence by province and municipality is as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pinar del R\u00edo: 2 (from the municipalities of Consolaci\u00f3n del Sur and Pinar Del R\u00edo).<\/li>\n<li>Mayabeque: 1 (from the municipality of San Jos\u00e9 de las Lajas).<\/li>\n<li>Havana: 15 (5 from Habana del Este municipality; 4 from Playa; La Lisa and Regla, 2 each; and Arroyo Naranjo and Boyeros, one each).<\/li>\n<li>Villa Clara: 33 (29 from the Santa Clara municipality, 3 from Cifuentes and one from Camajuan\u00ed).<\/li>\n<li>Las Tunas: 2 (from the municipalities of Las Tunas and Puerto Padre).<\/li>\n<li>Holgu\u00edn: 1 (from Holgu\u00edn municipality).<\/li>\n<li>Santiago de Cuba: 2 (from Santiago de Cuba municipality).<\/li>\n<li>Guant\u00e1namo: 2 (from Guant\u00e1namo municipality).<\/li>\n<li>Isla de la Juventud Special Municipality: 3.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Of all the patients diagnosed with the new coronavirus, 681 have a stable clinical evolution.
