clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"&#8220;Large shopping centers in Havana reopen as virtual stores&#8221; &#8212; OnCubaNews English\" src=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/en\/cuba\/large-shopping-centers-in-havana-reopen-as-virtual-stores\/embed\/#?secret=ryV1sLprhi#?secret=sAXOkQdhzG\" data-secret=\"sAXOkQdhzG\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>New equipment to manage network traffic, optimization of product images and increased performance of the infrastructure associated with the service are some of the \u201caspects that must be improved,\u201d according to the corporation\u2019s response to its customers.<\/p>\n<p>The platform only supports payments from Cuba, through the Transfermovil application and the Telebanca card, they plan to increase bandwidth, only for national navigation and, incidentally, avoid requests from abroad.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cThere is still a lot of work to do,\u201d admits Cimex in the note, in which it assures it is \u201ctaking into consideration the suggestions sent to us by many of the customers.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In the comments of Cubadebate\u2019s forum participants complaints can read from customers who have not been able to access the site this Thursday.<\/p>\n<p>One of them, who presents herself as a Banco Metropolitano worker, denounces that the established percentage for making payments through the Transfermovil app was not discounted.<\/p>\n<p>The forum participant acknowledges that \u201ccustomers appeared at our branch with this complaint\u201d and they could not respond.<\/p>\n<p><strong>OnCuba<\/strong> readers have also criticized the malfunction of the Cimex digital site.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"oBBDFBxiHI\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/cuba\/como-funcionan-las-tiendas-virtuales-en-cuba\/\">\u00bfC\u00f3mo funcionan las tiendas virtuales en Cuba?<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute;
