Health authorities today mourn the death from COVID-19 of an 84-year-old man, a resident of Old Havana. With his death the SARS-CoV-2 virus has left 85 victims in Cuba, while the new infections amounted to 15.<\/p>\n

All are all Cuban, ten were related to confirmed cases, in four individuals the source of infection is not specified and one of them was infected abroad. This is a 44-year-old man, resident in the Centro Habana municipality, who arrived from Peru.<\/p>\n

This time, infections are concentrated in seven Havana municipalities, confirming that the capital is the province with the highest incidence rate, \u201cwith 7.07 per 100,000 inhabitants,\u201d said Dr. Francisco Dur\u00e1n during his usual daily press conference. The only critical case of the day reported by the Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP)<\/a> is also in the capital.<\/p>\n
