Photo: acn.cu<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>The collaborators belong to 12 provinces, most of them are between 40 and 49 years old and 92.3 percent of the brigade has more than a decade of work experience.<\/p>\n<p>According to the source, 53.9 percent of the professionals had previous international experience, mainly in Venezuela, Ecuador, Haiti, Mozambique and Sierra Leone.<\/p>\n<p>In the farewell to the group of Cuban doctors and nurses belonging to the Henry Reeve International Contingent, Andorran Minister of Health Joan Mart\u00ednez praised the work of these professionals.<\/p>\n<p>https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/cuba\/medicos-que-prestaron-servicios-en-andorra-regresan-a-cuba\/<\/p>\n<p>Mart\u00ednez said that it had been \u201ca luxury\u201d to have the island\u2019s 39 health professionals since the end of March, when the principality was already badly hit by the COVID-19 pandemic.<\/p>\n<p>Part of the brigade had returned to the island at the end of May, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.diariandorra.ad\/noticies\/nacional\/2020\/05\/25\/acte_reconeixement_comiat_als_sanitaris_cubans_161481_1125.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">according to<\/a> the <em>Diario de Andorra<\/em>, which specified that three collaborators from the island had already left on May 15.<\/p>\n<p>Two other members left the Cuban delegation days ago and it is not ruled out that they have crossed the border into Spain.<\/p>\n<p>They are a doctor and a nurse who, according to government sources cited by the <em>Ag\u00e8ncia de Not\u00edcies Andorrana (ANA)<\/em>, \u201chave not returned to the hotel\u201d where they were staying in Escaldes-Engordany.<\/p>\n<p>Upon arrival in Andorra, one of the Cuban doctors was positive for SARS-CoV-2, so the brigade was quarantined.
