{"id":225098,"date":"2020-07-27T11:20:09","date_gmt":"2020-07-27T15:20:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/en\/?p=225098"},"modified":"2020-07-27T11:20:09","modified_gmt":"2020-07-27T15:20:09","slug":"last-group-of-cuban-health-collaborators-returns-from-mexico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/en\/cuba\/last-group-of-cuban-health-collaborators-returns-from-mexico\/","title":{"rendered":"Last group of Cuban health collaborators returns from Mexico"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: right;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/contribute\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em><strong>Help us keep OnCuba alive<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>This Saturday the last group of health collaborators who remained in Mexico working with patients with the SARS-CoV-2 virus for three months returned to Cuba.<\/p>\n<p>Composed of 578 specialists, including 265 doctors, 285 nurses, seven graduates in hygiene and epidemiology and ten electromedical engineers, the entire brigade is already on the island, when the third group of members of the Henry Reeve contingent arrived.<\/p>\n<p>Miladys Orraca Castillo, the leader of the group, pointed out that it was a very disciplined work team, and that of the several occasions they have completed a mission, this has been the return they have felt the most from the emotional point of view, a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.acn.cu\/salud\/67947-llego-a-cuba-ultimo-grupo-de-brigada-medica-que-colaboro-en-mexico-contra-la-covid-19\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">note<\/a> from the <em>Agencia Cubana de Noticias<\/em> news agency specified.<\/p>\n<p>Mexican Secretary of Foreign Relations Marcelo Ebrard expressed his gratitude on behalf of the Mexican government \u201cto the Cuban doctors and nurses who came to save lives in our country.\u201d<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">Agradezco a nombre de gobierno y pueblo de M\u00e9xico el invaluable apoyo de m\u00e9dicos y enfermeras cubanos que vinieron a salvar vidas a nuestro pa\u00eds en estos meses dif\u00edciles de lucha contra Covid-19 Buen retorno!!
