clip: rect(1px, 1px, 1px, 1px);\" title=\"\u00abGobierno de La Habana endurece sanciones para frenar contagios de coronavirus\u00bb \u2014 OnCubaNews\" src=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/cuba\/gobierno-de-la-habana-endurece-sanciones-para-frenar-contagios-de-coronavirus\/embed\/#?secret=T4jGo2s7OQ#?secret=4smCeQejBi\" data-secret=\"4smCeQejBi\" width=\"500\" height=\"282\" frameborder=\"0\" marginwidth=\"0\" marginheight=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The authorization document will include the name and surname of the beneficiary, the identity card number and the current municipality of residence, explained the vice president of the Administration Council, Luis Carlos G\u00f3ngora, during a meeting of the Provincial Defense Council held yesterday.<\/p>\n<p>The process to deliver the card will be organized in each municipality, reported the <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.acn.cu\/cuba\/69404-revisan-en-la-habana-detalles-para-iniciar-aplicacion-de-las-nuevas-medidas\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Agencia Cubana de Noticias<\/a><\/em> news agency, which does not specify the date when the process will begin.<\/p>\n<p>The Havana authorities clarified that agricultural markets, fish shops and stores that sell products in freely convertible currency are not included in the established territorial limitation.<\/p>\n<p>To reduce the mobility associated with the purchase of high-demand products in CUC in stores of the CIMEX, Caribe and Caracol chains, these purchases are restricted only to the municipality of residence of the people, <em><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cubadebate.cu\/noticias\/2020\/08\/27\/covid-19-nuevas-medidas-restrictivas-para-reforzar-el-aislamiento-fisico-en-la-habana\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Cubadebate<\/a><\/em> reported.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"kdtQmrgemN\"><p><a href=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/cuba\/la-habana-prohiben-la-movilidad-nocturna-y-anuncian-nuevas-medidas-por-la-covid-19\/\">La Habana: proh\u00edben la movilidad nocturna y anuncian nuevas medidas por la COVID-19<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-embedded-content\" sandbox=\"allow-scripts\" security=\"restricted\" style=\"position: absolute;
