Examinaron el excelente estado d las relaciones pol\u00edticas e\/ ambos pa\u00edses y ratificaron la voluntad d continuar profundiz\u00e1ndolas. <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/3khdTOByGo\">pic.twitter.com\/3khdTOByGo<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&mdash; AnaTeresita Gonz\u00e1lez (@AnaTeresitaGF) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/AnaTeresitaGF\/status\/1308008233894907904?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">September 21, 2020<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Due to this situation \u201cand in accordance with existing regulations and mechanisms,\u201d said the senior Cuban official, \u201call our exchange, our trade, is practically paralyzed.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cabrisas, who arrived in Russia to participate in the meeting between co-chairs of the intergovernmental commission with his Russian counterpart, Yuri Borisov, warned that \u201cthe worst thing is that it is difficult to predict when we will be able to overcome the impact of the pandemic not only in Cuba, but also in general.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">However, he affirmed that Havana is confident it will meet its commitments in the future and affirmed that \u201cwe are convinced that we will succeed.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Despite these difficulties, both parties noted the good level of relations between the two countries.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe value the strategic nature of Russian-Cuban intergovernmental cooperation. Intensive and substantial political dialogue is maintained at all levels,\u201d said the speaker of the upper house of the Russian legislature.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to Matviyenko, the present meeting between co-chairs of the Russia-Cuba intergovernmental commission will mark the continuity of the agreements established during the Cuban National Assembly delegation\u2019s visit to Russia in November 2019.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In addition, according to the Russian Senate, the parties discussed issues of bilateral cooperation such as the expansion of joint productions of pharmaceutical products, the strengthening of cooperation of public health systems in the conditions of the pandemic and the development of cultural relations between both countries.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"wp-embedded-content\" data-secret=\"fw9P8A1lcA\"><p><a
