The 60th Bivalent Oral Polio Vaccination Campaign begins this Monday throughout the island, where more than 330,000 children under three years of age will be vaccinated.<\/span><\/p>\n

From February 22 to 27, they will receive the first dose and then have a week of recovery, from March 1 to 6, the <\/span>official website<\/span><\/a> of the Ministry of Public Health specified.<\/span><\/p>\n

It was also known that 124,288 nine-year-olds will have a reactivation of the vaccine this week.<\/span><\/p>\n

According to the current situation the island is experiencing due to COVID-19, specific vaccination points will be established in family doctor\u2019s offices, in order to avoid crowds of people.<\/span><\/p>\n
