After processing 20,578 samples, the <\/span>Cuban Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) detected<\/span><\/a> 873 infections from the SARS-CoV-2 virus this Sunday, on which two deaths were also reported.<\/span><\/p>\n

With these deaths, two Havanans aged 88 and 79, the coronavirus pandemic has left 350 victims on the island, where the death rate is 0.62%.<\/span><\/p>\n

Most of the infections are due to autochthonous transmission while 22 were imported cases, mostly by travelers arriving from Panama and Russia. 10 foreigners were also diagnosed with COVID-19.<\/span><\/p>\n
