Also, two foreigners were diagnosed with COVID-19, both due to autochthonous transmission.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The provinces with the highest figures were: Havana (393), Granma (95), and Pinar del R\u00edo (59). On the contrary, the special municipality of Isla de la Juventud (two), Matanzas (three), and Ciego de \u00c1vila (one) reported fewer patients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">By incidence rate, the highest rate in the last 15 days comes from Havana (282.6 per 100,000 inhabitants), followed by Mayabeque (212.6) and Pinar del R\u00edo (172.7), although the municipality with the worst situation in this period is Melena del Sur (1,329.4), in Mayabeque.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Three deaths were also reported, two women and one man, all three from Havana and between the ages of 79 and 82. All were contacts of confirmed cases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">With them, the pandemic\u2019s death toll on the island stands at 373, 49 so far in March.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As of midnight, 25,127 people were hospitalized and 4,227 were confirmed active cases.
