It is followed by the provinces of Granma (123), Matanzas (114), Santiago de Cuba (66), Sancti Sp\u00edritus (56) and Pinar del R\u00edo (53).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Isla de la Juventud special municipality did not report cases and only Ciego de \u00c1vila is below ten this day, with its eight positive cases from yesterday. Old Havana continues to be the territory with the highest rate, 701.2 per 100,000 inhabitants.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As of midnight, there were 26,319 hospitalized patients, 3,885 of them suspects, and 17,628 were under surveillance. Active confirmed cases: 5,806.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Meanwhile, the intensive care units again reported an increase, with 83 admissions in the last 24 hours. Of this number, 34 were in critical condition and 49 in serious condition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On the contrary, there were 1,157 discharges, with which 74,246 patients have already recovered in Cuba after almost thirteen months of confrontation with the coronavirus pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new coronavirus has caused 3,268 infections and 11 deaths in the first three days of April.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There were 1,162; 193 of them in those under 20 years of age.
