The data is another record in terms of victims during the thirteen months of confrontation with the pandemic.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Today\u2019s list concerns three women and nine men, aged between 36 and 92 years old and residing in ten municipalities: La Lisa, Old Havana, Centro Habana, Arroyo Naranjo and Boyeros (Havana); Pedro Betancourt, Perico and Limonar (Matanzas); Lajas (Cienfuegos); and San Luis (Santiago de Cuba). The death toll is already 512.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The infections slightly decreased this day. Also a Spaniard and a Congolese tested positive. In addition, from Regla, 27 Indians were diagnosed and owe the coronavirus to autochthonous transmission. The data joins the 45 citizens of the same country diagnosed the previous day.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The territories with the highest figures reported this day: Havana (574 cases, only one imported), Matanzas (150), Santiago de Cuba (84) and Granma (45). On the contrary, Camag\u00fcey reported four cases and the Isla de la Juventud special municipality did not report any.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Old Havana, Regla and Cabaigu\u00e1n are the three municipalities with the highest transmission and are part of the 12 that concentrate 41.2% of transmission in the last 15 days, a period in which the highest incidence rates per 100,000 inhabitants correspond to Havana, Matanzas, Sancti Sp\u00edritus and Granma provinces.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Regarding the age group, once again those under 20 years of age represent a considerable percent among those reported daily (18.1%) with the 186 cases diagnosed yesterday. Of these, 165 are under 18; nine were less than a year old, the age of a girl which had been reported in serious condition since the previous day. The rest: from 20 to 39 years: 314; 40 to 59 years: 356; and over 60: 170 cases.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As of midnight, 25,592 people were hospitalized because of COVID-19, 3,934 were classified as suspicious and there were 4,845 active cases. Patients in intensive care decreased to 64: 29 in critical condition and 35 in serious condition.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Of those diagnosed with coronavirus, 48% were asymptomatic in a day in which there were 919 discharges.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">April has registered 16,198 infections in two weeks and averages 1,012 cases per day.<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>There was a slight decrease in infections this day.
