For their part, Perdomo and Arevich were included in the Central Committee.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Now, Perdomo Di-Lella\u2014who has a Ph.D. in Technical Sciences from the German University of M\u00fcnster, served as Minister of Communications since 2018 and is a deputy to the National Assembly\u2014ascends within the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.presidencia.gob.cu\/es\/gobierno\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cuban government<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> as one of the six Deputy Prime Ministers. She has a master\u2019s degree in Telematics from the Central University of Las Villas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>New rector of ISRI<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Also this Tuesday, the appointment was announced of the Deputy Minister of Foreign Relations Rogelio Sierra as the new rector of the Ra\u00fal Roa Garc\u00eda Higher Institute of International Relations (ISRI), an institution located in Havana.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sierra replaces Rogelio Polanco, who in the recently concluded 8th Congress of the PCC was included in the Secretariat of the Central Committee, at the head of the Ideological Department.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Graduated from ISRI and with a Diploma in International Politics from the
