There may be cooperation, this issue of the COVID is going to last a long time,\u201d said the Paraguayan member of PARLASUR.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Canese affirmed that they are urging the Paraguayan government and also the rest of the Mercosur countries, through PARLASUR, to \u201cdiscuss and analyze a strategic alliance\u201d with Cuba that allows \u201cto better million inhabitants, since March to date has reported 260,382 cases of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/tag\/coronavirus\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">COVID-19,<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> 5,633 deaths due to the disease and 213,710 recovered.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to data from Paraguay\u2019s Ministry of Health,
