The United States calls on the Cuban regime to listen to its people and attend to their needs in this vital moment instead of enriching themselves.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>July 12.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Secretary of State Antony Blinken said it was a \u201cgrave mistake\u201d to accuse the United States of being behind the protests in Cuba.
