Photo: twitter.com\/CIGBCuba<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Only through science and innovation will it be possible to successfully emerge from the crisis in which the pandemic caused by COVID-19 has plunged the world, Tang told the group of inventors of the Cuban vaccines, quoted by the island\u2019s media.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">According to the Agencia Cubana de Noticias (ACN) news agency, hours before, D\u00edaz-Canel and Tang met and talked about \u201cthe use of intellectual property as a tool for innovation, transformation and development,\u201d and its importance for \u201cthe new economic actors,\u201d referring to the incipient private sector in Cuba.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cWe talked about advances in the government management system based on science and innovation.
