The possibility of building an independent hotel especially for travelers from this nation is also being considered, PL added.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last January Titov headed a delegation of Russian businesspeople who visited Havana, where it was received by President <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/en\/tag\/miguel-diaz-canel\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Miguel D\u00edaz-Canel.<\/b><\/a><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Cuban president pointed out that the visit gave continuity to the \u201cvery satisfactory\u201d meetings held with Putin during his visit to Moscow in November 2022, and affirmed that there was \u201cpotential to expand cooperation, with mutual benefit.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The decision was then made to found an Economic Transformation Center to prepare \u201ceconomic transformations in Cuba based on the development of private enterprise,\u201d according to the Interfax press agency.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Said joint center would include, on the Cuban side, representatives of key ministries and the Central Bank, and on the Russian side, experts from the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/stolypin.institute\/en\/about\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>P.A. Stolypin Institute of Economic Growth<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, one of the main Russian think tanks, the Center for Strategic Research and the Institute of Economic Forecasts of
