contact\u201d with the island\u2019s citizens residing in Palestine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cCuba maintains close contact with Cubans residing in Palestine in order to provide them with due consular attention,\u201d wrote Cuban Minister of Foreign Affairs Bruno Rodr\u00edguez Parrilla on his X (Twitter) account.<\/span><\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"500\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"es\" dir=\"ltr\">Desde <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/hashtag\/Cuba?src=hash&amp;ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">#Cuba<\/a> y <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/EmbaCubaEgipto?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@EmbaCubaEgipto<\/a> mantenemos estrecho contacto con los cubanos residentes en Palestina para brindar la debida atenci\u00f3n remain in their residence in Gaza, while four other Cuban women are in the West Bank.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">No type of information regarding the <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/mundo\/medio-oriente\/cronica-desde-jerusalen-israel-y-hamas-siete-dias-de-guerra\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>Cuban community in Israel<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> has been released by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>About humanitarian aid<\/b><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Foreign Ministry demanded in a statement this Sunday that the entry of humanitarian aid be facilitated \u201cimmediately\u201d to Gaza as well as <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/tag\/conflicto-israeli-palestino\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><b>the \u201curgent\u201d ceasefire <\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">after the war declared by Israel in response to the attacks by the Islamist group Hamas a week ago.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the second reaction after the restart of the conflict, Cuba condemns \u201cthe destruction of homes, hospitals and civil infrastructure, as well as the deprivation of water, electricity and fuel to the population of Gaza.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Likewise, it rejected \u201cthe death of civilians and innocent people from all parties involved in this conflict, without differentiating ethnicity, nationality or religious faith.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Last week, the Foreign Ministry issued a brief statement reiterating its support for a \u201ccomprehensive, fair and lasting solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict, based on the creation of two States.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The new escalation of violence between Israel and Palestine erupted after the surprise attack by the Islamist group Hamas from the Gaza Strip against Israel and the military response ordered by the government of Benjamin Netanyahu, which has generated global condemnation and a call for dialogue to prevent a dangerous rise in violence in the Middle East.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><i><span style=\"font-weight:
