Tens of thousands of Cubans gathered this Wednesday at the Anti-imperialist Tribune, near the US embassy in Havana, to celebrate May Day.<\/p>\n

According to the organizers, the Central de Trabajadores de Cuba (CTC) and various mass and political organizations, some 200,000 people gathered.<\/p>\n

For the second consecutive year, the celebration was not held at the Plaza de la Revoluci\u00f3n and there was no mass mobilization, as was characteristic of the date in the past.<\/p>\n
