The release mentions the Orquesta Moderna Tradici\u00f3n and the group Pellejo Seco, as well as DJ Luis Medina, Javier Navarrete, Norberto Guerra, and Charlie Mej\u00edas, among others.<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fbellyofthebeastcuba%2Fposts%2Fpfbid0217sMuvTp3egZud64S6VHTYDWQV1DW2g6L3SgYxbC2xXtWRwZae1C3gHF5bv3WSPyl&amp;show_text=true&amp;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"737\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The performances were filmed live and edited by professional crews to create this two-hour streaming concert, which will be disseminated through HotHouseGlobal&#8217;s YouTube channels and Facebook Live.<\/p>\n<p>The concerts were recorded on stages in New York, Chicago, and the Bay Area, in California, according to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.prensa-latina.cu\/2025\/03\/18\/anuncian-en-eeuu-concierto-por-cuba\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a> by Prensa Latina (PL)<\/p>\n<p>Marguerite Horberg, one of the organizers of the project, quoted by PL, assured that the initiative is due to the gathering of artists and musicians who lent their voices to \u201csupport the delivery of humanitarian aid\u201d and \u201calleviate the acute suffering that our families and friends are experiencing\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Regarding the current crisis, the organizers point out that in recent months, successive cyclones, floods, earthquakes, and massive power outages have had devastating consequences for Cuba&#8217;s population.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, changes in Washington&#8217;s policies have increased hardship and aggravated the effects of widespread and prolonged shortages of fuel, medicines, and essential supplies, PL points out.<\/p>\n<p>Along with the two-hour concert, they will broadcast an exclusive documentary created by the Belly of The Beast media.
