Issue No. 85 of the <\/span><i><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Official Gazette<\/span><\/i><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> published Decree-Law 135, \u201cOn Oil and Gas,\u201d signed on September 3, along with its implementing regulations, Decree 184, approved by the Council of Ministers on September 29.
