The overall health system doesn\u2019t nearly keep us safe from infectious diseases, and we mean everyone &#8230; the world can sleep &#8220;.<\/p>\n<p>According to the latest report from the World Health Organization (WHO), the outbreak of Ebola hemorrhagic fever left 6331 people dead among 17,800 cases of infection detected in the three most affected countries in West Africa: Sierra Leone, Liberia and Guinea.<\/p>\n<p>Previously other personalities like Bill and Melinda Gates (2005); Barack Obama (2007); Vladimir Putin (2008); and Pope Francis (2013) earned the title of Personality of the Year awarded by the magazine since its foundation in 1923.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Titled &#8220;The fighters against Ebola&#8221; Time Magazine released in five covers, its traditional December issue, &#8220;Personality of the Year&#8221;.
