They are strange, sad and frightened beings who dialogue with the city and the people who inhabit it.<\/p>\n<p>His pieces are souls that &#8211;said by <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/eltoque.com\/texto\/yulier-p-graffitero-antisistema\">himself<\/a>&#8212;<\/strong>, talk about the Cubans, their defects and their reality that is not exactly beautiful, &#8220;but complicated and aggressive\u201d.<\/p>\n<figure id=\"attachment_90046\" aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-90046\" style=\"width: 900px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><a href=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Graffiti2-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"size-full wp-image-90046\" src=\"https:\/\/oncubanews.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/03\/Graffiti2-1.jpg\" alt=\"Photo: IHOS Plasencia.\" width=\"900\" height=\"584\" \/><\/a><figcaption id=\"caption-attachment-90046\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Photo: IHOS Plasencia.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>With old printing inks and varnishes of all kinds, Yulier P. goes to paint, in broad daylight, the walls and facades of the Cuban capital. The essence of urban art, he says, is the street.
