Closing the year with Silvio
The Endless Tour of Silvio Rodriguez in the neighborhoods will arrive to Cayo Hueso today, at 6 p.m. Exact address: Hospital St., corner to Vapor St. Like every time he will be there with Niurka Gonzalez (flute and clarinette), Jorge Aragon (piano), Jorge Reyes (contrabass), Emilio Vega (percussion) and Oliver Valdes (drums and percussion). The guest group this time will be the popular Orquesta Aragon. Don’t miss it! It’s the last one of 2017.
Family in stage
Special concert with family Lopez Gavilan today in Basilica Menor of San Francisco de Asis Convent, at 6 p.m. It will be joining them the Orquesta de Camara de La Habana and Musica Eterna conducted by Daiana Garcia and Guido López Gavilan respectively. As soloist will perform Ilmar and Aldo Lopez Gavilan, and the violoncellist Seojing Yang. To add a new twist will be also there Adriana, Andrea, Leah and Ian Lopez Gavilan, the newest representation of the family. The program includes well know pieces by Guido and Aldo, as well as another pieces of the international repertoire.
The harmony of Yaima Saez
Yaima Saez will offer a concert tomorrow, at 8:30 p.m. in Mella Theater to present her new album “Armonia”, the first one recorded with EGREM. The CD is a tribute to Adolfo Guzman and Juan Formell.

Choco awarded
Tuesday, December 26th, 3 p.m., in the Cuban Fine Art Building, will be given the Fine Arts National Award 2017 to the artist Eduardo Roca Salazar (Choco). As every year, the Fine Arts National Council gives that award, the highest Cuban recognition for fine arts creators according to their live work.
