Meñique, Cuba’s first 3D animated film, premieres this July 20 at 10.00 am and then join the summer film program across the country.
Directed by Ernesto Padrón, it is the first production of the Animation Studios of the Cuban Institute of Cinematographic Art and Industry (ICAIC) using volumetric figures. It features the music especially composed for the occasion by the Spanish musician Manu Riveiro, singer-songwriter Silvio Rodríguez and the voices by Lieter Ledesma, Manuel Marín and Yori Gómez, among others.
