The Rafael Trejo Gym in Old Havana is not only frequented by world and Olympic champions. Housewives, boxing lovers, police officers and athletes train there every day as well.

These pictures show the beauty of defined muscles, the movements that precede the perfect punch, and other moments in the training routines of these methodical man and women.
