According to a note from the Agencia Cubana de Noticias (ACN) news agency, the Ernesto Che Guevara Association of Cuban Residents in China made a donation of 10,000 sanitary masks for health professionals who are fighting against the coronavirus on the island.

The shipment was sent to the Cuban Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP) through the Medicuba enterprise, the Cuban diplomatic mission in Beijing confirmed.

“Our congratulations and recognition to all its members, who have demonstrated during this long and painful epidemic their deep love and permanent solidarity with the homeland. Once again, among all of us, we did it,” said the Cuban ambassador in Beijing, Carlos Miguel Pereira, on Facebook.
