At the close of this Friday, Cuba registered 35 new coronavirus infections and more than 3,000 patients have recovered from the disease (3,006), according to the island’s Ministry of Public Health (MINSAP).
This figure represents 83.2% of the 3,617 COVID-19 patients detected so far in the country.
In the last day, only two provinces reported cases: Havana, with 30, and Artemisa, with five, although the dispersion of those infected in the Cuban capital continues to be worrying.
In addition, the number of seriously ill patients increased to 14, while another three remain in critical condition and 503 are in stable condition, out of the total of 520 active cases in Cuba today. There were no deaths to mourn, so the death toll remained at 89, and 55 were discharged.
