The Ministry of Economy and Planning of Cuba announced this Monday on its Twitter account the opening of a new call to submit applications for the creation of micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) and non-agricultural cooperatives.

The call includes construction activities and transport services.

According to the Ministry, the opening of this call implies that the corresponding filed applications will be activated and processed immediately within the deadlines established by law.

In addition, new applications received by the Platform of Economic Actors are beginning to be processed.

Finally, the Ministry specifies that the possibility of submitting applications for the activities of the previous calls remains open: food production, exporters, local development projects, businesses in science and technology parks, and technology-based businesses, circular economy and recycling, manufacturing and computing.
