The Empresa de Telecomunicaciones de Cuba SA (ETECSA) informs users of cell phones and alternative landlines (TFA), that starting October 15 the dialing mode from mobile phones to landlines will change.
In a statement released by the company this Thursday on Granma newspaper, it reports that from that date it will remove the 0 in front of the number when dialing a landline while the remaining digits will be kept.
