Gibara in Stereo
Stereo G Festival start today in Gibara, Holguín, for the 6th time. The event is a very expected one in electronic music movement in Cuba. It will take place over Caletones beach for three days with more than 40 hours of live music. This year you will find, among others: Xander Black, DJ Afrika, Daniela Vázquez and the hosts Electrozona.
From today to 6th, from 4 pm to 8 am every day DJs will be playing non stop. Go there, is a beautiful town. Enjoy the sea, the lights, night and day. Our recommendation: don’t miss it!
Another electronic routs
National Lab of Electro-acoustic Music will present today their Electronic Music party at 10 pm in Salón Rosado of La Tropical. DJs and Producers Dark, Seycel and David Casas will be there. The scenic design is on Sarao Night Club with collaboration of Institute of Cuban Music, National Center of Concert Music, AHS and ARTEX.
Every Thursdays in Corner Café you can enjoy a DJ Johnex session from 12 am. Free entrance!
Today and tomorrow Jibacoa Summer Festival will be waiting for you. Though it will be a slight different than Rotilla Festival you could still enjoy good alternative bands. Just remember: it will be this weekend, day and night.
Electronic music party with Pauza’s every Sunday in The Magic Flout. This is a project with Paula Fernández and Zahira Sánchez.
For + music in Miami
Latin Fest, for + music, start tomorrow at 7:30 pm in Watsco Center of Miami University. This will be for sure a dance concert without notice! There will be playing great artist like La India and Cubans like Van Van, Adalberto Álvarez, Carlos Manuel, Tania Pantoja, Latitza Bacallao and Los 4. Tickets are available in Ticketmaster.com. New Life Foundation in concert
For the first time in Cuba, Corus and Orchestra New Life Foundation from USA will perform. It will be a unique presentation in Martí Theater, on August 8th at 8:30 pm. Program will include mostly plays from American spiritual repertois and important composers such as Ennio Morricone, Ric Flauding, Carl Strommen and Jeff Cranfill. This tour is been sponsored by Baptist Convention of Western Cuban and will extent their presentations to another churches throughout the country.
Gente de Zona on tour
Next August 9th will be on this Cubans reguetón tour all over USA. It will last two months and will take over the most important scenarios in the country. Follow the tour watching the video so you can track them.

Glamour in Old Havana
Fototeca de Cuba invites today at 7 pm to personal expo “Glamour Tribute. Cuban fashion icons from 1980-90” by Joanne Soto (TITINA). This show won Raúl Corrales Creation Award 2016 and is an tribute to a marvelous decade for Cuban fashion.

At 11 pm Zule Guerra and Blues de Habana will be in concert in Nave 4. By 12 am, Open Jam presents young Cuban percussionist Degnis Bofill, winner of the 1st Award in the grownup category of JoJazz Festival 2016.
Saturday at 9 pm designer Ismael de la Caridad presents Mariposas nocturnas Collection, his most recent work of elegant suits and dressing for Summer. Nave 3.
Right at 11 pm Yissi & Banda Ancha in Nave 4! Midnight will be for Rock and Roll in Nave 1 with The Shepal covering international rock from the 70th, 80th, 90th until today.
On Sunday at 9 pm in Nave 3 will be the play Mujeres de la luna by Teatro de la Luna, directed by Raúl Martín. At 10 pm Hip Hop in FAC invites to Negrons Project in Nave 1. By 11 pm in Nave 4 an Ogguere concert.
